Leads Specialist
Karla is a full-time Administrative Assistant and Leads Specialist at ODU Law Firm, LLC. She joined the firm in July 2023. In short time, Karla has revamped the firm's leads management systems and processes. Karla is the first point of contact for all our prospective clients. She ensures that each prospective matter receives the attention it deserves and each prospective client has a great experience with ODU Law Firm regardless of whether we can ultimately take on their case.
Karla manages prospective client relationships and related tasks including, but not limited to, coordinating the following:
- Client Intake Process
- Completion of Intake Questionnaires
- Scheduling Consultations and Other Appointments
- Execution of Retainer and Representation Agreements
- Scheduling Attorney Appointments and Managing Attorney Calendars
- Creation of Automated Templates
- Management of e-Signature Documents and Authorizations
Karla has directly and positively impacted our firm's operations and revenue by ensuring we capture every lead in a timely and efficient manner. Further, by frequently connecting our attorneys with individuals for free consultations, Karla ensures that underrepresented and underserved individuals gain access to the legal insight of our attorney advocates.
Karla works in a fully remote position as our Administrative Assistant, which allows her to balance her work time with her growing family and personal endeavors. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Operations. The addition of Karla confirms ODU Law Firm's commitment to truly growing and scaling a modern and efficient law practice that will best serve its clients.
